Delete your Vomando account

In the app
Open Profile → Account → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account and your learning data are deleted from our server right away, and the app on that device starts fresh.
Without the app
Write from the email address of your account to contact@vomando.com with the subject "Delete my Vomando account". We confirm and delete your account within 30 days. We never ask for a password (Vomando has none).
What is deleted
Your account and email address, your profile and display name, your learning progress and results, your Paco, coins and outfits, your league memberships and points, and your reminder settings.
What is kept
Usage statistics remain without any link to your account. Records we must keep by law, if any, are kept only as long as required. Data that stays only on your own device (for example guest progress) is deleted when you delete the account in the app, reset your progress, or uninstall the app.
Learning without an account
If you never created an account, we hold no personal data about you: resetting your progress in Profile or uninstalling the app removes it. You can also switch off usage statistics in Profile.
